1. Who we are

2. The service

TourTag is an online tool to design name plates, case labels and rack panel labels, and to output them as printable sheets, sticker pages and 3D models (STL). Designing, editing and storing plates is free. Outputs cost credits as shown in the app.

3. Account

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. You must be at least 16 years old. Keep access to your mailbox safe: anyone who can read it can sign in. You may delete your account at any time on the Account page.

4. Credits and prices

• Credits are prepaid units bought in packs. Current prices are shown on the Account page in Hungarian forint (HUF). No VAT is charged; the price shown is the final price.
• Current use: 1 credit per plate on a printed sheet or sticker page, 5 credits per 3D model download. Reopening a print you already paid for is free. The current list is always shown before credits are taken.
• Credits do not expire while your account exists. They cannot be exchanged for money and are not transferable.
• A promotional code gives free credits once per account.
• Payment is made by card through Stripe. An electronic invoice is issued for every purchase and sent to the email address given at payment.
• We may change prices; a change never affects credits you already hold. We announce changes at least 15 days in advance by email.

5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Credits are digital content delivered immediately. At checkout you expressly ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the credits are added to your account (Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) § 29 (1) m), Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16 m). If a payment was taken but the credits never arrived, write to us and we refund it.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to your texts, images and fonts. You let us store and process them only to run the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to use logos, trademarks, images and fonts you upload or print. We may remove content that is clearly unlawful.

7. Availability and liability

We run the service with care but cannot guarantee it is always available or error-free. Check every output (size, spelling, QR codes) before printing or producing it. Except for damage caused intentionally, by gross negligence, or to life, physical integrity or health, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the damage. Nothing here limits the rights consumers have by law.

8. Ending

You can stop using TourTag and delete your account at any time. Unused credits are not refunded when you delete your account yourself. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. If we close TourTag, we tell you at least 30 days in advance and refund the price of credits you have not used.

9. Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to gergo@riegergeri.com; we answer within 30 days. Consumers may also turn to the conciliation board of their place of residence, or of our seat: Tolna County Conciliation Board (Tolna Vármegyei Békéltető Testület, Szekszárd). These terms are governed by Hungarian law; consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence and may sue in their own courts.

10. Changes

We announce changes to these terms at least 15 days in advance by email. If you keep using TourTag after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can delete your account. Earlier versions are available on request.
